[摘要]

在茶文化复兴与重新发展的时候,茶学书籍、杂志、报纸大量涌现,为方便大家找寻与利用这些资料,有必要建构一套“茶学书库分类索引”。本文提出这套分类索引的分类法及其应用实例。这套分类索引只就图书的内容性质加以分类,不同语文的茶书亦同样归入各种分类之中。

“茶学书库分类索引”的建立等同于将茶文化的轮廓描绘了出来,有助于大家对茶文化的认识,而且从图书的搜寻中,可以发现茶学的哪一块领域较少著作,引导大家多往那些方向研究。

一.建立之动机

茶文化之复兴是这三十年的事,先是对中国古茶书的整理与研究,接着才有当代的茶学著作,新的茶书在近十年可说是大量涌现。但毕竟是新复兴的学科,质与量都无法与历史久远且持续不断的科目相比,因此在图书分类上没有自己的领域,到图书馆看书或到书店买书,都没有“茶学”方面的类別,只能从不同的领域去搜寻。依北京图书馆出版社出版的第四版《中国图书馆分类法》(2006年11月),茶叶加工是被归类为“TS27饮料冷食制造工业”,泡茶与茶会则找不着。为方便茶界人士使用茶学方面的图书资料,有必要从“茶文化”领域建构一套茶学图书分类。

二.分类方式之基本理念

从茶文化领域建构一套“茶学图书分类”体系尚有另一层意义,就是为“茶文化”勾勒出一个清淅的轮廓,让人们知道茶文化是个怎样的学科,它包括了哪些内涵。基于这个理念,茶学书库分类时是依照“茶文化”应包含哪些学科项目而设,而不是有了哪些书就依照它的内容给予分类。所以在茶书分类后,会有某些项目的图书数量奇少,甚至从缺。

三.与其他学科之相融

“茶学”不是独立存在的,将它拆解后仍然可以分别归属到相关或相近的学科去。为了不打乱整体学科体系的秩序,“茶学书库分类”的“首阶分类”全依第一节所提到的《中国图书馆分类法》的第一阶分类内容,且采用同样的英文字母编码,只是分类名称改为具体的茶学用语。例如“茶学书库分类”的第一类“B.茶思想”就是图书馆分类的第二类“B.哲学、宗教”(省略第一类的“A.马克思主义、列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论”等)。“茶学书库分类”的第六类“I.茶文学”就是图书馆分类的第九类“I.文学”。至于“泡茶法”、“茶器”等项目,在图书馆分类里找不到可以落脚的类别,就利用图书馆分类上尚未使用的英文字母,重新分类为“L.泡茶法”与“W.茶器”。这些新增加的类別尚有:“M.茶会”、“Y.茶食”。

四.类别名称之订定

茶学书库分类之建立,其目的除显现茶文化的完整面貌外,最主要的是图书资料的寻找,然而这样的寻找在今日需要依赖电脑的协助,所以分类上所使用的词句必须简单扼要,而且都得带有“茶”字,以便从别的管道搜寻时,不会与近似的辞类相混。如“政策”类必须叫“茶政策”,“史地”类必须叫“茶史地”,否则会与“政治、法律”类的“政策”、“历史、地理”类的“史地”分不清楚。

至于分类词句的简单扼要,是便于电脑萤幕上的显现,所以“H.茶译文”就不便写成“茶术语互译”,“J.茶艺术”就不便写成“茶文化相关艺术”,其实正确的意思应是后者。为避免误会,只好在“分类索引表”上设置“注解”栏,在“茶译文”上注明“仅茶术语之译,译著归其所属类別”,在“茶艺术”的下一阶分类上,将“美术”类称为“茶与美术”而不敢只叫“茶美术”。

五.2阶编码与分类

“茶学书库分类”的首阶分成了17个大类,但要从这17类着手找寻所要的图书尚属不易,于是建构第2阶的分类,一方面缩小归属的范围,一方面将似非属该大类的项目明确标示出来。如“F.茶经济”,在其下一阶分成“F1.茶经济综述、F2.茶行销、F3.茶餐饮、F4.茶广告、F5.茶包装”等五项。

搜索图书资料时,在看完“茶学书库分类索引表”,得知自己所需要的范围后,可以直接从第2阶编码或分类名称进行查询,如此较为简捷快速。

七.分类上发生之问题

1.收录的标准: 何谓茶书?每一细部学科都有它独立的完整性,而且多少都与茶学有关。茶学的核心课程当然全部是茶书,至于外圈与边远的学科,就只能选其与茶文化链接的部分。什么是茶学的核心课程,什么是外圈与边远的学科,在后面“茶道内涵”的一节中再行叙述。

2.综述与专论: 每一大分类的图书中,有些是就这门学科做综合性论述,有些是专精于某一课题,所以在做第2阶分类时,设置了“XX综述”一项。但有些图书看似某一课题的专论,但又旁引到综述的领域,这时就依它的比重而做归类选择。如果跨越了两三个分类项目的领域,就做重复的分类,既归甲类,又是乙类,如果跨越度太大,则归属为综述类。

3.小类别的再分类: 如果这一类学科与茶文化链接的只能取其一部分,在茶学分类上就只能属于小类别。其下一阶的分类势必得浓缩,这时的2阶分类名称往往不易完整涵盖所需项目。如“W.茶器”类,其2阶分类只能分成“W1.茶具、饰物”、“W2.茶陶等制作”、“W3.茶器期刊”等三项,这时就在“注解”栏上补述尚应包含的项目,如在“W1.茶具、饰物”类上注明“含赏”,在“W2.茶陶等制作”类上注明“含史”。

4.容易混淆的判断:如“G1.茶文化学”类与“Z1.茶学综述”类,有些茶学图书並没有很清楚的特征。“S1.茶作综述”与“T1.茶造综述”则经常出现在同一本著作中,这时是在“茶造综述”的注解栏中写明“与‘茶作’ 同述时归’茶作综述’”。“G4.文化茶址”与“K2.茶产地”也容易混淆,“文化茶址”偏重于产区的文史资料,归于“G.茶文化”类,“茶产地”则偏重于产业与地理,归于“K.茶史地”类。

八.语文类別之处理

“茶学书库分类”是以图书内容的性质加以区别,不论其语种的差异,如果是谈论“茶化学”的,不论它是中文、英文、法文或俄文,都归入“茶化学”类。“茶译文”是专指“茶术语”的语种转译,“著作”的翻译仍然依照其内容的性质作为分类的标准。我们认为全世界的茶学组合是一致的。

九.茶道内涵

“茶学”图书的界定,以及何谓核心课程,何谓外圈与边远的学科,必须依照“茶道内涵”加以分析。现将“茶道内涵”以图表示如下:

十.图书被寻着后的面貌

“茶学书库分类索引”建立的目的除显现茶文化的完整面貌外,就是方便大家找寻、利用广大的茶学资料,所以找到后的书籍、杂志、报纸,若是直接的纸版书或电子书最好,若只是一些描述的资讯,希望能包括下列项目:

1.国际标准书码(ISBN): 早期的图书,或是未行注册的图书则免。

2.书名: 以该书的语种直接标示书名,若仍无法表明图书内容的语种,则在书名后以该语文加注语种。

3.作者: 以著、编、译等辞表示成书的方式,若数人共同为之,无法全部列名,则在代表人后加个“等”字。

4.出版年: 尽可能标示首版与最新发行的版数、年份与刷数。含册数更佳。

5.出版地

6.出版单位

7.页数

8.尺寸: 长X宽,以CM为单位。

9.订价: 图书上标示的订价与币值种类。

10.內容简介: 一百字左右。

11.处所: 如藏书的代表性图书馆,或链接至某个电子书网页。

十一.茶学书库分类索引之应用实例

“茶学书库分类索引”目前已在天福茶学院的图书馆网站应用,並开放给校外的网络使用者进入。只要键入“www.tftc.edu.cn”就可以从天福茶学院的网站进入到“茶学书库分类索引”的网页,然后看到一段简介文字,告诉人们如何使用这套系统找寻想要的图书。

目前整理进入这套“茶学书库分类索引”的图书只有一千多册,肯定无法满足对茶学图书资料的需求,只是抛砖引玉,希望各界共同充实。

十二.结论

将大家见到的茶学图书分类整理后,除了找寻、应用的方便外,尚可发现茶学的哪个区块较为缺乏图书资料,或许也代表了这个领域较少人关注。

“分类”通常是追在事实之后所做的整理,但也可以或多或少起个引导作用。茶文化的复兴与发展正在这个时代活跃,希望“茶学书库分类索引”的建立能为这波浪潮起到导流的效用,也祈求大家共同完善它。

Abstract:

At the time of tea culture revitalization and redevelopment, tea studies books, magazines, and newspapers, appear in large numbers. For convenience of searching and utilizing these materials, it is necessary to construct a Tea Studies Library Classification and Index. This paper puts forth a classification index and its application examples, which only categorizes on the natures of book contents, and tea books with different languages are also classified into various categories.

The establishment of Tea Studies Library Classification and Index is just like an outline of tea culture. It will help the cognition and understanding of tea culture and a discovery to the lack of tea studies books in some areas by searching, as well as a lead to further studies.
